Privacy Policy
Twovera Health ("Twovera", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use our website and clinical services. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your email address when you subscribe to our mailing list.
- Medical intake information — health history, medications, measurements, and related details you submit when requesting a consultation.
- Correspondence — messages you send to us at info@twoverahealth.com or through our booking platform.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected via Google Analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to measure site performance and remember preferences.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and administer clinical services, including physician review and prescribing.
- To send the newsletter and programme updates you subscribed to, from info@twoverahealth.com.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share protected health information for advertising purposes.
3. Protected health information
Health information you provide in connection with clinical care is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. That notice governs where it conflicts with this policy.
4. Service providers
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract — including Google (hosting via Firebase, and analytics), our telehealth platform, and our pharmacy partners. Vendors handling protected health information do so under a Business Associate Agreement.
5. Analytics and your choices
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by enabling your browser's Do Not Track or tracking-prevention settings.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email info@twoverahealth.com to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
6. Data retention
We keep medical records for the period required by the laws of the state in which care was provided. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. To exercise these rights, email info@twoverahealth.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address.
