Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Twovera Health website and services. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Not a medical emergency service
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Twovera does not provide emergency or urgent care and our clinicians are not continuously available.
2. No physician-patient relationship from the website alone
Browsing this site does not create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete a medical intake, are accepted as a patient, and a licensed clinician agrees to provide care.
3. Informational content
Content on this site is for general information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed. You agree to provide accurate, complete medical information — treatment decisions depend on it, and withholding information can be dangerous.
5. Prescriptions
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of a licensed physician after review. Submitting an intake or making a payment does not entitle you to a prescription for any specific medication. Our clinicians may decline to prescribe.
6. Third-party services
Consultations are scheduled through Practice Better and supplements are dispensed through Fullscript. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Twovera is not responsible for third-party platforms.
7. Fees and cancellations
Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are disclosed at checkout. [Insert your refund and cancellation policy here.]
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or medical history.
- Do not resell, share, or divert any medication prescribed to you.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Twovera Health marks are owned by Twovera Health and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for professional negligence in the provision of medical care, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [Insert dispute resolution / arbitration clause after legal review.]
